ADVANCED U16/U18
Advanced U16/U18 is for our experienced competitive youth athletes.
These athletes will participate in a dedicated training program as they continue to develop their racing skills.
They will take part in inter-club, provincial and possibly national regattas. This program is run by our Head coach.
This is our TRAIN TO COMPETE stage which is characterized by a higher individual commitment, higher volume and intensity of training and a minimum level of racing performance.
