WINTER PROGRAM

During the winter months, our competitive athletes participate in dry land training to prepare them for the competition season next year. Winter training involves weight training, swimming, soccer and cross-country skiing.
 
  • Winter training runs from November 6, 2023 to April 28, 2024
  • Swim sessions run from November 6, 2023 to March 8, 2024
  • No programming for Holiday break will begin Saturday December 23, returning Monday January 8, 2024. 
  • No programming for March Break from Saturday March 16, returning Monday March 25, 2024
  • No programming for the Easter Long Weekend from Friday March 29, returning Monday April 1.
  • Last day of Winter Programming is Sunday April 28, 2024.  The spring paddling season is anticipated to begin on Monday May 6, 2024.
