Drop-in recreational Canoe / Kayak / PADDLE BOARD Program
Come join us for the Drop-in Paddle Program on Lake Wilcox, where you can choose between a canoe, kayak or paddle board.
RHCC provides all necessary equipment – boats, paddles and life jackets. Experienced coaches are on site to provide basic instruction and to help you get started. Your hour of independent paddling will be monitored, with a safety boat patrolling the lake throughout the session.
Program runs Saturdays and Sundays 1:30 pm – 6:30 pm
Last rentals at 5 pm to ensure an hour of paddling.
Please note the minimum swim requirements:
- swim 75m without a life jacket or aid
- tread water for 1.5 minutes (Equivalent to passed Red Cross Level 6 or LSS Swimmer 5)
1 hour FEE
$35 per person
Choose between the use of a canoe, kayak or paddle board.
*Note that canoes must have 2 paddlers, while kayaks and paddle boards are limited to one paddler.
